The mechanic's work
station is where we disassemble and rebuild fuel pumps
and injectors. The different parts would be vatted and
cleaned, then inspected and tested. Worn or rejected
components will be replaced with new factory authorized
parts. The unit ( pump or injector ) will be rebuilt to
factory regulations, right down to the tourque of
individual nuts and bolts.
When we repair a diesel, it's done right and could not be
done better.
Once the rebuilding is done, the pump/injectors are taken
to the calibration room. It's necessary to calibrate the
newly serviced component to insure optimal performance.
The tech then takes the freshly re-calibrated pump and/or
injectors back to the work-stations either to prepare for
installation, or to prep for shipment USA and/or delivery
to Denton County & D-FW Metroplex
